HOASUX: New Mexico License Plate
El Mirador Homeowners Association (EMHA) members may have noticed a vehicle bearing the license plate HOASUX driving through. It might interest you to know that its genesis lies with Judith Pierce, AKA Ultimate Karen. However, she apparently hates it. Homeowner X obtained the plate to make it easier for Pierce, the EMHA Board and Committees to remember, so they would not feel the need to photograph it and have someone investigate and discover information about the owner.
Richard Doyle, EMHA President, has photographed license plates of vehicles parked in Homeowner X's driveway, as can be seen in the video below. What is not so apparent in the video is that he is very likely doing it at the urging of Judith Pierce.
What the video does not show are events occurring earlier in the day, that do not appear coincidental.
Judith Pierce seemed restless and somewhat fixated on a visitor's vehicle parked in the driveway of Homeowner X. She made it a point to go speak with the neighbor on the other side of her neighbor. After ten minutes of talking with him, after apparently not achieving the results she was looking for, she likely called Richard Doyle, an ally in her antagonistic campaign against her neighbor.

Pierce can be clearly seen lurking near her neighbor's driveway.
She apparently sees his neighbor outside, and goes to his house.
She talks to him for approximately ten minutes, at first making small talk, then bringing up the homeowner who lives between them. He doesn't seem to respond in a way that seems helpful to her, so she goes back home.
On her way home, she seems incapable of not staring at the vehicle she was lurking near earlier.
About two hours later, Richard Doyle, EMHA President and Pierce's evident ally in her campaign of antagonism against her neighbor, shows up photographing his property, including the license plate of a visitor parked in the driveway of Homeowner X.
